To sleeve or not to sleeve

In conjunction with my other post (Drilling through brick..) how many of you sleeve romex or low voltage cable when passing through concrete and/or brick?

Thanks for the replies. I'm not too concerned for ease of passing the cable(s) through, it's the ease of drilling that interests me more. I think we determined a while back that romex should be sleeved but I just wondered how many actually do it.

(A) Type NM. Type NM cable shall be permitted as follows:
(1) For both exposed and concealed work in normally dry
locations except as prohibited in 334.10(3)
(2) To be installed or fished in air voids in masonry block
or tile walls
I think the hole you drilled counts as an air void.
