Headroom clearance

If we have an electrical panel flush mounted, there is a flat screen monitor locate above, on the same wall with electrical panel. The monitor is mounted at less than 6'6" above ground but doesn't block the electrical panel for front clreance. Will the installation of monitor violate NEC 110.26(E) for headroom clearance around the panel?

If the monitor locate above the panel but doesn't project out of the wall more than 6 inches, will it still be okay?
