Reworking a Pool

Here is a good one , were reworking a pool with new Lights ( 3 ) an also moving the pump pad equipment about 30 feet away to side of residence , what I heard was that the contractor that's doing the home remodeling is also planing on putting in new pavers in rear yard all the way around the pool , and leaving the old concrete decks in place putting the pavers on top of the concrete walk ways around pool , so in the back of my mind I was thinking he might have to have new bonding grid so I call the head Inspector for that area and he said yes it does need the grid under the pavers . so we spoke to the home owner an she also wants the whole pool checked for bonding said she has had small tingles at times while in the pool and using the ladder so could be some metal parts are not bonded to the existing #8.
