Disconnect for controller

I am running power to a shaker motor for a brand new dust collecter outside the building. The installation is brand new, but the shaker motor wasn't in the bid. Disconnects for the main fan motor, and the shaker motor are in sight of the motors they serve. The manual controller for these two motors is in the building inside the instructors office. Should or should not this controller have a disconnect for it?

Thanks for the reply. I read 430.102(A) also and felt that it applied but I wasn't sure if I was missing something.

note the disc for the controller can be the ckt bkr, if it is within site of the controller

430.109(6) might help

This particular controller is not marked "Suitable as Motor Disconnect". The reason I was wondering about this is because I believe this building has already been given a final inspection.
