Boiler and Kick Heater, Same Circuit?

Someone asked me this today, they have a natural gas fired boiler in the basement with a toe space kick heater in the kitchen. Can these be on the same 15 amp circuit?
 
Take a look at 422.12.

I was under the impression that it could be on the same circuit because of 422.12Ex#1. What is the definition of auxiliary equipment? The list in that section is not completely inclusive.

The heater is just a small blower motor for a small coil that is fed by the boiler.
 
I don't see a remote heater as auxiliary equipment for the central heating system. I see auxiliary equipment as the equipment that is required for the boiler itself to function.

It could be that too. The wording is rather vague. Seems rather silly to have a 3 amp boiler load on a 15 amp circuit and not being able to put the 1/20 hp blower on with it.
