Pretty sure OZ-Gedney makes 'split, bolt on' bonding bushings. they still need some space but will not have to be spun on.

And speak to the guy that roughed it.

Can you chip out the concrete and move them a tad? Are they that close that you can't get the bushing on with the bonding bracket removed?

They have plastic bushings on them already and the gear is energized, some of the plastic bushings had to be beaten on. And no, they barely fit in the gear, spreading them would overwhelm the space.

You could spin on a plastic bushing but not a grounding bushing with the lug removed?

I would not want to do this live but if the gear can be cut off could you drill and tap the conduit and then use a short screw, that is flush on the inside, to hold a lug on the pipe.

So the job seems impossible to fix. What can you do? Even the erico clamps you show can't work if there is no room between the conduits. Sounds like a puzzle with no solution.

Is the conduit required to be bonded at both ends? If there's an EGC in each conduit would a bonding bushings on the other end satisfy the grounding requirements for the RMC?
