We have 1000 KVA 13.2KV to 480 volt delta. The transformer was install in 1956. The meter on the transformer shows 480 volt on all three phases. The Amp is bounced at 400 amp.
The grounding light show there is a ground on one of the phase.
The transformer started to make a strange noise like something rattling and vibrating. We can not take the cover off without a shutdown to check it out.
What are your ideas about what is wrong with it.
