each building will be 6 two story townhouses...by bad design and tight spacing the POCO will come underground to 6 200 amp meters..(3 meters on the right side end unit and 3 on the left)...from each meter will we will run underground in a "bundled" 4/0 AL URD, (3 wires commonly called "sweetbriar") to a 200 amp panel in the garage....is this wire rated for this application ie going directly into the panel....

If it is truly URD then I would say it is not code compliant however there are some that are underground cables that have a dual rating. My supply company stocks only dual rated underground quad cable.. Look at 338.12(B)
