Was having a debate with some people and decided to ask the fine folks here also.
Lets say you have a laundry room / Laundry Closet on the first floor ( or second floor) of a dwelling. (This is not in the kitchen, bathroom, garage, or unfinished basement)
In the Laundry room / closet you have the light, a 240 volt dryer outlet and a 120 volt, 20 amp single receptacle for the washer.
Do you think that 120 volt, 20 amp single receptacle should be AFCI protected?
Also you have a dwelling that has a few 120 volt baseboard electric heaters, in stairways and walk in closets under windows.
Do you think that these 120 volts heaters should be AFCI protected ?
