Suffering brain cramp. Installed a 30 A 2 pole 3 wire R V recptacle. NEMA

TT30. Just one hot wire. Intended to run lights, 120V A/C in travel trailer &

refrigderator. If hot & neutral were reversed at the recptacle are there any

issues? Thank You

Other than being wrong? Think of a light fixture. You now have voltage on the screw shell for the lamp instead of the tab in the bottom of the shell.

I'm sure You know exactly what You installed.

I've never touched this equipment but I could look at it through a search engine Here.

With much respect; your first sentence doesn't lend itself to the second sentence...

Black on Brass, Neutral on Silver. But based on your description, I'm not exactly sure what was there to be terminated.

The NEMA TT-30R is a 30 Amp 125 Volt special travel trailer receptacle. It has a brass terminal screw for the Hot and a silver terminal for the ungrounded (neutral) conductor. And also on the face it has the letter G for equipment ground and W for the white (neutral) conductor.
