I am doing a sub-panel replacement for a restaurant, the panel has to be relocated and I will be installing conduits between the old panel and the new panel. I will be using #10 derated 50% to provide 20amps circuits. I figured out the derating, conduit fill, and conduit size. However, I am left wondering if the ground would also need to be #10 or can it be #12 for the 20amp circuit.
I know this is a really basic question, but I can't find anything in the code so I am assuming it too must be up-sized.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks !
