New York City requirements

Packaging a generator enclosure that is being installed in NYC, I know they adopted the 1999 NEC....Rigid threaded conduit being used, but is it ok to use NEMA 1 boxes w/ threaded Myers hubs for junction/switch/receptacle boxes? or do I need to supply boxes w/ threaded hubs??
