R rmichael1965 New member Nov 6, 2010 #1 I'm looking at a 120/208 panel and the ground & neutral buses are reversed. all the equipment has been working fine for 6 years. Is there an issue and will it impact the equipment? (refrigerators, coffee machines)

Loss of POCO grounded conductor (utility neutral) may energize the frames of the equipment.
