ground neutral bus reversed

I'm looking at a 120/208 panel and the ground & neutral buses are reversed. all the equipment has been working fine for 6 years. Is there an issue and will it impact the equipment? (refrigerators, coffee machines)

Loss of POCO grounded conductor (utility neutral) may energize the frames of the equipment.

Is this at the service disconnect or the first disconnect of a SDS?
