I saw a add on tv for eden pure heater they use quarts bulbs and clame they put out more heat per watt than a normal electrical space heater ?

A 1000 Watts of heat is a 1000 Watts of heat.

If one has a "nonlinear" test, such as the testamonial of a person reporting the "feel" of the radiated heat from a quartz heater vs. a liquid filled radiator of equal Wattage, then the quartz will "feel" more efficient. Purely subjective.

The units of heat released by each type of heater is identical.
