Aviary/Greenhouse power

A existing small polyfilm wrapped greenhouse with an metal frame in a backyard has an panel with 2 screw in fuses. They would like to update the panel to eventually also feed an Aviary (Bird Sanctuary), as well as update the lighting and heat.( all legal for produce) ..any suggestions or advice? I'm thinking going to an outdoor rated panel if necessary, and covers for the receptacles for PVC....or build a box around an small panel. Any green thumbs out there? ..thanks again!
