Current Code 2008 NEC; I need to install two 208 Volt L6-20 receptacles. Each will be on it's own two pole breaker with no neutral conductor only ground. Can 4 wire with Ground, (Black, Red, Blue, White, Green) MC be used and re-identify the white wire in the panel and receptacle with black tape and use it as an ungrounded phase conductor to the receptacle?
Ex; Receptacle 1 would use Black, Red conductors for 208V. Receptacle 2 would use Blue and the re-identified White conductor for 208V. Both would use the same green ground.

I tried to find this in the Code Book the other day and wasn't able to locate this Article that pertained to my question.
