#1 grounding electrode does not terminate on ground bar
#2 bonding nipple conductor does not terminate on ground bar
#3 grounding electrode conductor from new service equipment can only be joined with the existing GEC when it is properly sized to the circular mill area of the parallel service conductors.

this is what i don't understand my service is a 100amp with 150amp service cable and a 100amp bare copper ground so what did i do wrong. please

Where does your GEC terminate ?

Did you use a bonding bushing ? Where did you terminate the bond jumper ?

Is your service the only one ?
