Looking for answers

I have in the past few years seeing contractors glueing conduit connectors onto non-metal Liquid-tite or Seal-tite Conduit. is this the proper way or is this a quick and cheap way .

seal tite and non metallic liquid tite each have there own connectors that are made specifically for the product. Although gluing a pvc connector may work it is not approved for the application.

I agree with Dennis.

LFMC, LFNC and their associated fittings are required to be listed. The fittings for use with both wiring methods are not listed to be glued with PVC glue.
