TVA subcontractor electrician faces federal charges

If I have heard correctly, that plant was already built just never commissioned, now that it has been sitting for so long, they are having to pull out everything and start over. I hear the Union is having a hard time finding enough people to work on this project.

The real scumbags stay out of sight.
He might be a fall guy for the higher-ups and the NRC may advance "the commercial or special interests that dominate the industry or sector it is charged with regulating."
