I have an electrician attempting to relocate a sub panel to the attic. I can't find anything that would prohibit this except in 408.3 B regarding induction and over heating. The panel is readily accessible from the living area through a door to a landing/workspace for the hvac and panelboard. Any thoughts or something I might be missing?

Breakers are calibrated at 68F. Hotter than that, the sooner they trip. Are you confident that placing the breakers in a 140F attic won't cause nuisance tripping?

The following is from this Square D Document
To meet the requirements of Underwriters Laboratories Standard 489, molded case circuit breakers are designed, built, and calibrated for use on 60 Hz ac systems in a 40?C (104?F) ambient temperature.
