Strange voltages to neutral...

Hello...got a small issue which is pushing me to the end...

3 phase with neutral-(575 between phases and what should be 347 phase to ground). What i'm getting is 575 between phases (good) but phase to ground is a little different A-G=440 B-G=440 and C-G=140 volts...everything seems to be running alright, just happend to come acrossed it today...any ideas would be great. Thanks

Sounds like a classic bad neutral. Your neutral is weak- connection bad would be my guess.

My guess would be that there is no system or main bonding jumper. The neutral is floating. What do you get for voltage when you check from neutral to ground?

For a 600Y/347v sytem, measured voltage of 575 ph-ph should yield about 332v ph-N.

If it's a 600v delta, it should be 600v ph-to-ph, 300 ph-N and 520v from neutral to wild leg.

met this before I beleive it is the neutral this can end up eventually in problems try to check connections as soon as possible
