In the top one the meters are a little too highI'm terrible at these. The top one looks atrocious, but I've never seen a anything like the second one to know if that's the wrong way to do it.

I will go with separate grounding electrodes for each service disconnecting means.
The PVC running from the panels down to the ground conceals the GEC from vandalism.

So, you can feed a common raceway from seperately metered, seperately "owned" power sources (same voltage) unmarked/unidentified? I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around that one.
