I don't think we are doing the OP a service by simply answering "yes."
With such an answer, he's likely to think he most pack the conduit full of caulking, making it difficult to pull future cables through. This is not the only solution.
Keeping in mind the behavior of many fire-stop products, as well as some of the marketed assemblies, I think he has other options.
For example, he can stuff a 'pillow' in the pipe. Such a product could be readily removed, then re-inserted, should it become necessary to pull another wire.
