13.09kV industrial feeder feeds a 1630kVA 13.09kV-575V delta-delta transformer. Transformer is protected by 15kV 100A current-limiting fuses. Transformer secondary (ungrounded) runs ~50 feet and feeds a 600V 2000A breaker. Because there is a delta winding, there is no neutral-ground bond at the transformer. A fault in the secondary conductors cannot create a line-ground fault because it is a delta winding. A line-line secondary fault will cause fuses to operate but cannot cause ground current. How is the EGC from the tranformer to the breaker sized. Do I install an EGC per 250.122 for a 2000A breaker? I know I can install in RGS or AL conduit to provide an EGC but what if part of the run is UG in PVC?

I would reference 250.30(B) and install a conductor based on 250.66
