PV system AutoCAD drawing examples

Does anyone happen to know where I can find some example AutoCAD files for solar PV systems? I was hoping to find some basic detail drawings that I can add onto to use as the basis for my drawings.

I don't know of such an animal.
Solar PV is in its infancy and I don't think anyone will share at this point for free.

Its not Autocad but easily could be developed. I've seen this around a lot, seems to be a good document.
