Art. 400.8-Cords through sleeves

A UL listed monitor bracket is mounted structurally above an acoustical ceiling, and the main mounting shaft is set up for cords to pass through them for astetics. A receptacle is mounted above the grid. Would this situation fall under 400.8.2? Or is this sleeve ok? Thanks
