HDPE conduit

I had a question asked of me this afternoon on the listing of this type of conduit.
The markings on the conduit are present per ASTM 2160, but there is no UL listing marks. ASTM says it can be used for "power wires", kind of an odd choice of words, to me anyways. So I need your thoughts on whethter or not this product can be considered listed as per the definition in Art. 100

To be "listed" the product would need to bear the listing mark of a NRTL or have documentation that bears a listing mark.

It may have a CSA mark, or ETL or other NRTL mark.
