Conduit through gutter. Violation, poor practice, or okay?

I cannot find a section that prohibits this. I don't like it though. That is an EMT conduit run straight through a low voltage gutter for monitor wiring. Any issues with this? Thanks.

Only need to maintain the minimum cross sectional area in the gutter. I have done this before and see it as a code commpliant and creative installation.

Done it where needed. I agree, no different than a divider. No one has written me up yet.

Thank you all for your response. As said, I could not find any code issues with this. It just doesn't "feel" right. Just seems like poor practice, especially in a new installation where coordination could have prevented this.

I don't see an issue with it at all. It may be a bit ugly but sometimes that is the best you can do with what you have at hand.
