Gas range receptacle location

If the wall behind the gas range is full of pipes, venting, and the stainless gas valve enclosure, how high above center can I mount the receptacle?

Some units give precise dimensions. Normally I install it at 19" of the subfloor. But be forewarned this does not always work so having a cut sheet is important. The center does not usually work well. I try to get it to the opposite side of the gas line.
