DC and AC in the same conduit

Here's one that's come up for me again...

In your opinion, is there anything in the NEC that prohibits running PV source and/or output circuits in the same conduit as the inverter output circuit for the same system? We are talking conduit, not a gutter, and thus no possibility of a partition. Let's limit it to 2008 or 2011.
 
Nothing prohibits this...partitions are not necessary for pv system conductors, even in a gutter. Conductors of each type of pv circuit just need to be "grouped". The partition is needed in gutters with non-pv conductors. That's how I sees it anyhow.
