200 Amp Service-Feeder Size

New 200 Amp Three Phase Service aprox. 180' from the main to new location.
2/0 or 3/0? THHN. NEC seems to differ according to Degrees. It seem that THHN is listed at 90 Degrees, so should I install 3/0?
 
You will have to use the 75 deg rating unless you have some extraordinary service equipment. :)

You may also want to think about voltage drop for 180'.
 
Interesting that the OP refers to it as a service feeder, and that it comes from the main.

That would imply to me it is not really service equipment.

Or he is just confused with the correct terminology. If his 'main' does not contain an overcurrent device it is still service conductors.

If this line qualifies to use Table 310.15(B)(6) then 2/0 is acceptable.
