I hate to keep replying, but if you go from a to c, a to b, a to c, a to ls1, a to cc2 and etc. then c is bonded to b by daisy chaining looks to me. What dictates which panel is the main panel to bond to...

Wirenut, I think it boils down to whatever means it takes to keep any panels from being daisy chained is what he wants. I believe this particular fix was to take each panels bonding jumper to a splice box in the ceiling. :? I'll find out for sure tomorrow.
