I don't know how these simple questions can get so convoluted.

What fun would it be if you had only one word answers.

I will try it:

Since arc fault breakers offer about 30ma of ground fault protection, would that satisfy the manufacturers requirement for GFCI protection for exhaust fans within a shower space?

NO.

But what about if the bathroom is a master bathroom Do I need arc fault for the lights and also GFCI for the outlet?
Can I just run a line for the GFCI and the exhaust and pick the lights from the bedroom circuit?

Master bathroom, kids bathroom it Doesn't Matter. You still need

a seperate 20 A GFCI recptacle from adjacent bath or it's own circuit. Exhaust

fan over the shower or shower light need whatever protection is specified in

installation instructions. General purpose lights have no special requirements.

If you need GFCI protection for shower light/fan install a faceless GFCI between

the switch & fixture.

Ok but if you have a walking closet in your room and have lights and outlet in it ,Do you have to have ARCFault protection in all your 120 volts loads? I say yes!
Do the bathroom need the same logic?

GFCI outlet is clear but do your lights need to be arc fault protected?

Yes... closets require AFCI.... Bathrooms do not...
What is the issue?

No to the AFCI, Yes to the GFCI

Yes

You do not "need" to put the lights on an AFCI, but you "can, if you want."

You can put the lights on the 20A line with the receptacle and the fan, if you want, also.
