Electronic Ballast -different Bulbs?

I just changed a 2 light 8' slimline florecent ballast which has 2-T12 F96T12/CW/SS rated bulbs. The new electronic ballast is rated for 2-F96T12/CW/ ES bulbs. Is there any difference between the SS and the ES ratings? Do i need different bulbs? I'm asuming the "SS" is Super saver, not sure about the ES.

Thaks for info! Would there be a 8' T8 in place of a T12 needed in this application?
