On an interview today, on site of 500 kW rooftop install, I noticed that all the equipment grounding installed was sized at #10 bare on Panel Claw. The installation does not fall in accordance with 250.120(C). If looking to get a job do you point out what could be a very costly...oops?

That may prove to be a slippery slope. I would wait until I got the job before I did that-- Oh and you better be 100% sure-- Not denying it as I really don't know solar installs.

Welcome to the forum!
I think it could be impressive to the interviewer if you were correct. Why do you feel these EGCs are subject to physical damage?

Perhaps if you phrased it as a question? That's what I would do. It would show the interviewer that you pay attention to detail, even if the installation is correct and you are mistaken. If it truly is in error and you caught it, then I'll bet they will want you on their team to keep it from happening again.

In any case, I would definitely say something, just not in a "ha ha, you guys really screwed up" manner. Diplomacy is the key.
