Panelboard next to sink

The contractor I am working with is installing a panelboard that is about 5' away on adjacent wall from a sink. It is not in the working clearance, and is actually behind a door. Is there a code section that will prohibit that. I can't seem to find one!

You're not going to find a code section, as there is no violation with that installation.

It can be right next to the sink as long as the clearance are met.
