Assuming AL conductors and 2008 NEC , 1/0 cable I believe.

I believe that SER with XHHW Al conductors would be a #1AWG. (310-16)

oddities in the NEC. As jumper states under the '08 Code per 338.10 with a SER cable it would need to be 1/0. With those XHHW conductors in a conduit a #1 would suffice.
