I'm doing a service change and i am looking to use southwire use-2 to go up the mast. Website says it's sunlight resistant. Will this pass?

I would say no. If USE is the only rating it is an underground conductor and can't be used above ground

338.12(B) Underground Service-Entrance Cable. Underground
service-entrance cable (USE) shall not be used under the
following conditions or in the following locations:
(1) For interior wiring
(2) For aboveground installations except where USE cable
emerges from the ground and is terminated in an enclosure
at an outdoor location and the cable is protected in
accordance with 300.5(D)

It is dual rated rhh rhw iuf I'm not mistaken. Forgot to mention that.

One of the 1st decent jobs I had as a Contractor involved some 500 kcmil in an underground conduit. The inspector asked me the wire type and I advised him THHN. He smiled and told me "not acceptable..pull it out".
After a bit of discussion, he had me actually read the jacket (THHN/THWN).
After that I did not "forget to mention" :D
