grouping neutrals

one of my electricians just called and asked me if he was required to group the neutral (grounded) conductors with the branch conductors as the entered panel / lighting control panel. I told him i wasnt aware of it being required but i would check my code book out.

Is there any reference in the 2011NEC that requires the neutral and branch conductors be identified in a panel? I have not found one yet, but i know that does not mean its not there.

That would be 210.4(D) if a MWBC enters in a raceway containing other conductors.
