At the base web page of Mike Holt is "Free Stuff" there is a residential calculator in the list, IMO its not a stretch to account for otherwise things required in commercial verses residential, as required.

I tried it. It is great for residential but doe s not work on commercial. . Commercial office building. 3.5 VA per square foot if lighting load is unknown. Residential calculates at 3.0VA.
A/C no room to figure in several window A/C units.
Can not enter multiple appliances. Like Microwaves, refrigerators and Coffee makers.
Can not calculate using 208V.

The secret is in the cells of Excel.

Right click will show the order of operation per , as I recall ...

Frankly it's just in the Title; "Excel"

Don't shoot a flair when all the details aren't known1 :)
