York HVAC Package Unit disconnecting means

I have a project where we are installing new York HVAC package units. These new units have a built in Square D breaker in its own compartment away from the control wiring. Does this require a disconnect on the outside as well? This is on a rooftop with no walls and the power comes up through roof jacks. The feed breakers are in the main switchgear. The new feed breaker in the main is sized to match the breaker in the York unit. Thank You

No, you do not a have to add a second one for the NEC.

I agree with Bob and most of those units should have a built in GFCI receptacle also.

Be aware that often times the built in disconnect is not an OCPD, just a molded case disconnect.

I agree with the others that this device suffices for the required disconnect and you have already installed the right OPCD at the panel so all you need is pipe and wire.
