You really need a set of plans.

Cricket stores tend to be divided into two separate sections. One secion has the soft carpet, pretty lights, and friendly salespeople who get you started.

The other part tends to resemble a "currency exchange" in the ghetto, with security guards, cameras, and barriers. No one's nice anymore, now that they have you on the hook.
