Does a non fusible Safety Switch = "listed unfused motor-circuit switch..."

I have always figured a an unfused disconnect must be equal to or greater than the motor HP plus be equal to at least 115% of motor current.

A 25 hp motor @ 480v would need a 60 A unfused SS. Using the exception we could use a 30 amp, if they are one and the same.

My Thoughts:
If you drop back to 430.109 (A) it states an acceptable disconnect is a listed motor circuit switch rated in HP.
I can find no 30 amp non-fusible switch rated at 25 HP 480v (actually I can't find a 60 amp with a HO rating above 20)

I asked about a 30 amp switch but the 60 is no different at the high end. The PDF we looked at does not match what is on the door.
