Need to run low voltage in same conduit as 240 vac feeders... can someone clarify?

Funny thing is, if you buy a Generac with the pre-installed whip, they run the control circuit and power in the same raceway... go figure.

What is the classification of the control circuit in that case?

Pre installed whip has likely been tested and listed and is accpetable if left as it is. Try any modifications and you have messed up the listing.
