Pulling wire through

As you can see in the pics we have two piers and pvc run from one to the other side. I have a fish tape but it is not long enough so I guess the only other way to pull the wire through is by blowing a pull string. Is that right? How would I do this, what vacuum do I need etc.. We have had these piers like this for two years and constantly asking my bro-in law to come and help and he has not so I would like to do this myself as my wife is flipping. THanks a lot.

She must be "flipping" your pictures too as they are sideways.:D
