We have a situation where we will be using 7.5MVA (22.9KV pri- 13.8KV sec) transformer in underground vault exterior to the building that is serving. Do I need to have a primary and secondary protection to the transformer? The transformer will be feeding a main switchgear that is located within the building. Thanks in advance
