I have heard of inspectors not allowing cables of different types in the same hole. Just like only allowing one NM wire in one hole.

Inspectors are human, believe it or not, :happyyes: and they can be misinformed as much as we are. My guess that he is over interpretation 300.3(C)

Much less trouble to simply drill some holes now, while the work is open,
than make several extra trips on inspection calls.
Just give the AHJ a call and ask.

They might also be enforcing this section incorrectly
