NEED INTERP ON 210.7 (B)

discussion in office today. i say 210.7 (B) does not permit 2 separate circuits from 2 separate panels to feed one yoke (split). it should be a multiwire branch cicuit or both circuits originate in the same panel board so the requirements can be met

If the outlet is fed by a MWBC, both 210.7 and 210.4 would require that both circuits originate in the same panleboard and have a simultaneous disconnecting means. If you used two separate grounded conductors, 210.7 would require a simultaneous disconnecting means.
