Garage Subpanel and 3way

Running a subpanel out to a garage. Can I encorporate a three way in the same conduit that is feeding the sub?

You should look into conductor derating if there are more than 3 CCC's in the raceway.

PVC is cheap, derating is not. I'd run a 3/4" just for the switch.

I will say again-- yes you can. I will add that you may have issues with 225.30 but generally that is overlooked. Just install the switch next to the main disco at both buildings.
