when dealing with large(24x18) cast iron roadway boxes(1,500lbs and up) is most of the work done(setting in place) done with a crane? I'm thinking there is not much labor for the electrician. Well I guess he has to be there to assist.Thanks.

We sub that work out to the site contractor if the specs did not already do so.
